Your own workspace
Every consultancy is completely separate. Another consultancy can't see your data.
Five roles
Owner, branch manager, counselor, front desk and accountant. A counselor sees only their own students and never commissions or company profit. Front desk sees only the unassigned queue. The accountant sees finance, but not student files.
Masked phone numbers
Numbers show as 9841****23 everywhere. Revealing a full number is a deliberate click, and it is logged.
Owner-only exports
Only the owner can export student lists. Counselors can't.
An audit log
Who did what, and when, is recorded. Every note, stage change and document review stays on the student's record.
Invited staff only
Staff join by invitation. Public sign-up is switched off, so nobody can create an account on your workspace uninvited.
If a counselor leaves
The history stays. The list doesn't leave.
Everything a counselor did stays on the student's record for the next counselor. They can't export your student list on the way out, and the audit log shows who did what.
Your data is yours
Your data belongs to your consultancy, and you can export it.
Student links are private
Each student upload link is private, belongs to one student, and expires after 15 days.
